You can connect with your higher self anytime — especially in moments of tension.
Here’s how:
Close your eyes for a moment and picture the most emotionally mature version of you.
How do they carry themselves?
How do they speak?
How do they handle stress?
What does that version of you feel like in your body? Calm? Grounded? Clear?
Your body often recognises alignment before your mind does.
In challenging moments, pause and ask:
“Is this how my higher self would respond?”
Then adjust.
Not perfectly.
Just slightly.
Small adjustments lead to powerful shifts.
Each morning, ask yourself:
How would my higher self show up today?
How would they handle conflict?
How would they speak to themselves?
What boundaries would they honour?
Each evening, reflect:
Did I respond from ego or alignment?
Where did I step into my higher self today?
This isn’t about criticism. It’s about conscious growth.
Meeting your higher self isn’t about becoming perfect.
It’s about becoming intentional.
It’s about recognising that you have access to a wiser response — even when emotion is loud.
And the more often you choose alignment, the more natural it becomes.
