This shift isn’t about ignoring reality — it’s about choosing a direction for your mind that supports your growth.

Close your eyes and imagine the outcome as if it’s already happening.

What are you doing?
Who is with you?
How do you feel?
This is key.

Spend 3–5 minutes in the morning or before bed visualising your desired future.
Consistency builds belief.
